The first floor day room has a more modern feel benefiting from open aspect, fully glazed idyllic views over the beautiful West Lancashire countryside as well as enjoying a wall mounted High Definition Television which is available for entertainment when required.

The tastefully decorated dining room is conveniently situated on the ground floor next to the kitchen. This room not only enjoys peaceful views of the grounds and the surrounding countryside, but throughout the warmer months, large exterior folding doors can be opened out onto the secure terrace.
